Dear Girlfriend,
Truth is, I’m not Cupid (I’m a lot taller than that guy). I also can’t see the infinite (only God can do that).
But I’m really going to share (paraphrasing), a message I’ve pretty much learnt from Beyoncé.
She says “You need to have a life before becoming a Wife. ”
To me, this reads as; “Discover yourself before ourself.”
Find you, understand you, sweetheart. Your purpose is paramount to the functionality of that relationship.
Sit back and develop your soul and mind.
Some people say “Miss Independent” is overrated but I promise you, you have to be.
You need to figure life out comprehensively or at least be in charge of your most difficult decisions. So you won’t be swayed by life’s undedicated promise.
So dear, Love is for you to choose. Yes, this is you making the first decision.
Try out this message before saying Yes to that relationship. And please don’t forget to tell me how it’s going.
